Educative program “Mediative competence in conflict situation management”

Mediative competence is the ability to solve a conflict using the initiative of the participants of the conflict themselves using a clearly structured procedure of making decisions. Program is aimed to create and train practical skills of conflict situation management during the procedure of mediation in usual psychologist, manager, lower, teacher, social worker, parent and child, spouse practice. Mediative competence is of high demand in modern education.
